    5:30 PM Social and 6:15 PM Banquet (Tentative)

    Anticipated number of people served (attendance):      380

    Pricing should include set-up of buffet-line (tables provided at Civic Center) with staff to serve, necessary warmers, serving utensils, table linens, plates and eating utensils. Clear plastic dinner plates and drinking cups are acceptable. Use of formal China wear gives you extra consideration. Please indicate if plastic or China will be used.
