Immaculate Heart of Mary, PCS (IHOM) is a provider agency of Personal Care Services, including Long-Term Personal Care Service, Community Choice Waiver, New Opportunities Waiver (NOW), Children's Choice, EPSDT PCS, Private Pay, and Private Insurance.

The main GOAL of IHOM is to promote growth while allowing recipients to maintain independence with the highest level of quality care.
