ServSafe Food Safety Professional Development Course at LSU Eunice
The Office of Continuing Education at LSU Eunice announces a ServSafe Food Safety Certification class to be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020, in the Community Education Building at LSUE.
Class hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm. A book must be purchased separately by the student. Please note that the LSUE Bookstore does not stock this book. There is a link to purchase on the registration site.
The instructor is Ms. Rebecca Dubois, MS, RD, CHE. Ms. Dubois is a Certified ServSafe Food Safety Instructor. The ServSafe program provides food safety training exams and educational materials to food service managers.Students earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.
